Booking 

Please provide us the following information to process your booking. Full Surname and name (of all travelers), address, phone number and the required arrival and departure date. Your booking is confirmed after you have received our written confirmation. With the written confirmation, you confirm that you have read and understood the following conditions.

 

Check-In / Check-Out 

Check-In time is betwee 16.00 h (4 P.M.) and 19.00 h the latest on your arrival day. 

Check-Out time is 11.00 h

Late arrival? Please inform us 3 days in advance the latest, if your plans foresee a later arrival than 19.00 h.

 

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 2 persons for the room Florence and maximum 3 persons for the room Maggie. We have the right to refuse accommodation if a room will be occupied by more persons.

 

Cancellation / No show 

Please cancel your stay at least 1 day before arrival 16.00 h to avoid cancellation charges. If you cancel later, 100% cancellation fees are due. A cancellation can be done either in writing or orally. If a no-show occurs, 100% cancellation fees are due.

 

Early departure

If you wish to leave earlier, 75% of the full booked stay will be invoiced with a minimum of one nights cost.

 

Payment 

We accept only cash in euro and credit card payment with Visa and Mastercard is possible. A prepayment into our bank account is possible if you book at least 7 days in advance.

 

Smoking policy 

Our guesthouse is 100% smoke free!

 

Animals 

We do not accept pets or animals in our guesthouse.
